QUOTES

Please note that all rates are based on availability at the time of booking and quotes are only valid for a 24-hour period if not confirmed and transitioned into booking.

REFUNDS

All deposits are Non-Refundable.

WAITING TIME

Waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15-minute increments. Waiting time charges may be incurred if a passenger arrives late to a pick-up. Time spent waiting at additional stops will also be charged as waiting time. Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes expires.

There is a 3% processing fee for charges over $2,500.00.

CHILD SAFETY SEATS

Child safety seat(s) are provided at the discretion of the company and its availability at the time of request/service. No child seats will be installed prior to pickup. The traveler/passenger is responsible to install the requested child seat(s) at the time of pickup. No discount will be given if a child safety seat(s) is unavailable or not provided.

RATE ESTIMATE

The rate quoted prior to your trip is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation. Fees for tolls, waiting time, and additional stops are not included in the estimate and will increase your rate.

ADDITIONAL STOPS

The fare quoted for point-to-point transfers does not include any additional stops made during your trip. Unless specifically discussed, when booking a reservation by phone, the fare quoted by an operator does not include additional stops. You may obtain an exact quote for additional stops, in advance, by speaking with a DTS phone reservation agent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of four (4) hours before the pick-up time is required to avoid a cancellation charge for sedan & SUVs. There is a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice required for Services performed outside the continental United States for sedans & SUV’S. Any specialty equipment, i.e. Mini Coach, Motor Coach, Limousine, etc., requires up to seven (7) day prior notice for cancellation to be accepted. Late cancellations will be charged the minimum allotted time as per the reservation confirmation agreement. Cancellations made by email to [email protected] are not official until DTS replies via email of the receipt and acceptance of the cancellation. All other cancellations must be made by phone.

Cancellation rules for special events vary (i.e. New Year’s Eve, Bowl Games, Awards Shows, Art Basel, Prom, etc.). A 30-day cancellation notice is required to avoid late cancellation fees. Full rates will be charged if less than 14-day notice is given. The initial deposit will not be refunded.

NO SHOW POLICY

If a Client fails to show at the designated location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity, is charged to the credit card on file. This includes any cancellations after a chauffeur has reached or is in route to a reservation location.

ACT OF GOD /UNFORSEEN EVENTS

DTS Worldwide Transportation, LLC is not responsible for Act of God events that cause delays in service, changes to service, cancellations of service, or in our ability to perform service.

When unforeseen events and Acts of God occur, DTS reserves the right to provide services based on our management’s sole discretion. Decisions are made based on safety during times in which we cannot control events, deem risks or safety concerns to be too great to perform services, or for other reasons based on DTS management’s sole discretion. While DTS is always committed to providing the highest level of service, we are equally committed to the safety of our clients, team members, and the community. With this commitment in mind, we reserve the right to alter or cancel our services during times where Acts of God, extreme weather events, or other health and safety concerns arise that we believe may be a danger, hazard, or risk too great for us to perform our duties safely and professionally. Under such circumstances, we will try our best to alert booked clients impacted by possible changes to our services, service plans, delays, or service cancellations.

INCLEMENT WEATHER/EXTREME WEATHER

DTS Worldwide Transportation, LLC reserves the right during inclement weather/extreme weather to refuse bookings if unable to support transportation services during or resulting from weather events–including but not limited to snow emergencies. This includes pre-existing bookings.

During inclement or extreme weather events, DTS management may deem service not possible due to safety concerns. If we believe our vehicles are not drivable during certain weather conditions we may delay, cancel, or offer alternative forms of transportation. In some situations, DTS may offer 4×4 or all-wheel drive vehicles (if available), but not as complimentary upgrades. These vehicles may be billed at “garage to garage” fees in addition to a 20% snow/weather emergency fee added on to the final reservation cost. The client, of course, has the right to refuse service and DTS will cancel reservations at no fee if the vehicle has not been dispatched or the ride falls into a pre-determined cancellation policy.

VEHICLE SUBSTITUTION

DTS Worldwide Transportation, LLC reserves the right to substitute vehicle(s), with or without notice. Vehicle substitution will be at equal or greater passenger capacity and will be considered “upgrade” at no additional cost to the client. This will only be done if the originally scheduled vehicle is inoperable or any unforeseen circumstance i.e. traffic delay, scheduling conflict, etc.

CHANGE POLICY

DTS Worldwide Transportation, LLC requires that all changes must be received by phone, email, or through our website. If a change is requested within 4 hours prior to pick-up, it MUST be made by phone. We cannot guarantee changes requested by email that is for a trip within 4 hours of the request. If a change made less than four hours prior to pick-up cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full or partial charge to the customer.
