For three decades, Mary Ganganna has lead DTS Worldwide Transportation Services, LCC (formerly Deluxe Transportation Services). A business that began in collaboration with her now deceased husband, Dinesh Ganganna. Together they set out to build a chauffeured transportation service known for impeccable services and superior fleet offers.

After the tragic death of Dinesh resulting from a car accident back in 2006, Mary, left a widow and single mother to her young children, resolved to continue forward with couples shared business venture. Left as the sole provider for her family, Mary faced the most challenging of family circumstances head on and remained on track continuing to build her company into one the fastest growing and most successful chauffeured transportation services in the Washington, DC metro region

Now the CEO and President of a multi-million dollar transportation enterprise, Mary has set her sights on global service expansion to take the DTS brand to ever corner of the globe.

While Mary is considered one of the most commanding of female CEOs in business today, she hasn’t lost touch with her roots. Very much a person who places a high value on family and new opportunities, this CEO is proud of her journey to success that started back in 1990 when she relocated to Washington, DC after having attending Youngstown State University—leaving family behind to seek great opportunities and resulting in the formation of DTS Worldwide Transportation Services.

Even after three decades, Mary still holds a special place in her heart for her hometown of Lordstown, Ohio. If asked today, she’ll tell you she still feels like a small town girl at heart and credits that to her large and loving family network back home. This close knit connection to her family has instilled a strong value for family in Mary and is something she proudly fosters at DTS. Through her experiences of tragic loss and positive family support, Mary had dedicated herself to providing her employees with a positive,

family centered working environment that affords everyone opportunities to learn, advance, achieve and earn, all the while maintaining a balance life at home

If asked, Mary will tell you she is most proud of helping her employees achieve financial security and a balanced work-home life given the rigors of pursuing a career path in ground transportation logistics. Tirelessly dedicated to not just making DTS a single success, but instead making everyone—staff, client, vendors, and community–affiliated with it a success, Mary has managed to make DTS a remarkable success in spite of the challenges she’s faced. A well respected and exceptional transportation business leader, Mary has proven time and again that her tenacity and goal driven focus is a true force to be reckoned with in business today.

Her bottom line in business is simply state, “Always putting the customer’s needs first.”

A well-known and beloved philanthropist in the Washington, DC metropolitan community, Mary makes it a priority to regularly give back to the community as a way of showing thanks for the great success her she and her company have realized over the years.

Mary can be regularly found helping individuals, organizations and causes that work to better the health and welfare of all. Some of Mary’s most recent support has involved such worthy organizations as the Larry King Cardiac Foundation, Epilepsy Foundation of America, and the American Cancer Society.
